Returns & Refunds

At Online Automotive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the details below for our return policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns window: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging intact.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

Complete our online form

Our team will guide you on how to return the item and provide you with a returns number and returns address.

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is returned due to damaged or incorrect goods, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable including but not limited to:

Custom or special order items

Certain automotive parts (e.g., electrical items, liquids, etc.)

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

All goods returned are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore advise you to send it back to us using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods being returned. Please retain proof of postage until your refund is received.
